You do not need to be on site for the shoot. I will stay in contact with you regarding the arrival time and any access information, like a lockbox or door code. That said, if you or the homeowner prefer to be there while I work, I am absolutely happy to work alongside you.

The home should be decluttered and cleaned to the best of your ability before I arrive. I’ll send a prep list beforehand to help out, but generally, lights should be on, blinds twisted open, countertops cleared, and cars moved out of the driveway or onto the street. I am very hands-on and will move items throughout the shoot where I deem necessary (like hiding kitchen trash cans, adjusting towels, or moving furniture).

I can shoot rain or shine and add blue skies to your exterior photos if necessary. However, if you or the homeowner prefer natural sunlight, or if I feel the weather is just too poor to get the best results, we can reschedule the shoot for a better time.

All photos are delivered via an online gallery where you can view and download them. I provide both full resolution files and web sized photos perfectly formatted for the MLS and your website. The final invoice will be sent along with your photos and can be paid directly through a secure link using a credit card, ACH, Zelle, or check.
